Our Strategy

Our paramount interest is risk mitigation for EB-5 investors. Our team draws upon longstanding professional relationships with top-tier developers and other such public entities. As a result, our guiding principals are offering high-quality EB-5 offerings that mitigate risk, align with EB-5 investors' interests, benefit local and regional economies, and meet all current USCIS standards and regulations.

A prerequisite to any project sponsor accessing investor capital is a clearly defined exit strategy for the EB-5 investors. All projects undertaken by Auric Ventures international are compliant with USCIS regulations, utilizing USCIS-approved economic models in projecting job creation.
